Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the race now start at 8:30am
To lessen the impact on the Rt. 245/Rt. 5 intersection during our event, we are now starting the race at 8:30am. We based this decision on feedback from law enforcement and officials regarding last year’s event. We hope this change will improve the event experience for our participants. As always it’s highly recommended that you take advantage of pre-registration and our packet pickup the day before the event. This way you’ll have all you need to just show up and participate.
Can my company become a sponsor?
Yes. Click here to find out how your company can sponsor the Run & Fun Walk. We have various levels of sponsorship available. We even feature our sponsors on our web site.
What is the ChronoTrack System?
ChronoTrack Systems B-Tag is a disposable RFID tag attached to each participant’s bib. By using the B-Tag, the need for chips are eliminated thus, eliminating chip assignment, cost of shipping, lost chips, secure zone for chip collection and in-accurate results due to multiple chip files. Here’s more information on the B-Tag.
