The 2010 Race Results have been posted. We are still working through a few corrections with the timing company so updated results will be posted as soon as we have them.

15th Annual Race Dedication

We are dedicating the 15th Annual Run & Fun Walk to the memory of Raymond Dicus, the father of race founder Jim Dicus.

Mr.Dicus, who passed away on April 5, 2010, was a fixture at all of our events and his life of generosity and service no doubt influenced Jim in his work with Hospice and in founding the Run & Fun Walk.

Packet Pickup Friday, April 16, 2010: 9am – 4pm

As a pre-registered entrant for the 15th Annual Hospice Run & Fun Walk, you can pick up your race packet on Friday, April 16, 2010 from 9am until 4pm at the Leonard Hall Drill Hall in Leonardtown.

The Drill Hall is located on the grounds of the St. Mary’s County Governmental Center on Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown.

Any packets not picked up on Friday will be available for pick up on race day at the Drill Hall.

RUNNERS: We are using ChronoTrack Systems D-Tags again this year. The D-Tag is attached to your bib in the race packet so you are all set for race day.

PARKING NOTE: We’ve had a record number of registrations this year, participants are encouraged to carpool to the event if possible.

Attention 5K Runners

The Rt 5/245 intersection will only be closed for 25 minutes so runners who are not back through the intersection by 9:25am may have to stop for car traffic. If you are approaching the intersection at this time, please obey the officers in the intersection for your safety and the safety of those around you.
